Hotel Policy

  • Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card deposit of the 1st night’s stay plus tax.
  • If canceled more than 72 hours before the arrival date (by 2:00 p.m.), a $25.00 cancellation charge will be charged to the credit card & the remainder will be refunded.
  • If canceled later than 2:00 pm 72 hours before the arrival date, the 1st night’s stay with tax is forfeited.
  • No shows will be charged the 1st night’s stay including tax.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Government identification is required.
  • Renters must be 18 years old with proper identification.
  • Queen rooms accommodate up to 4 people including children.
  • King rooms accommodate 2 to 3 people including children.
  • Check out is 11:00 a.m. Late check out is charged $25.00 plus tax per hour.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS.
